  • Pregnancy with Diabetes, Thyroid, BP (non-emergency)
  • Medication review
  • Blood report / test review
  • Age, current medications, allergies
  • Recent lab reports / imaging
  • Vitals if available — BP, Temperature, SPO₂
  • Full refund if requested before appointment time is assigned.
  • No refund for no-show after slot confirmation.
  • One free reschedule allowed.
  • If technical issue on our side — call will be rescheduled at no cost.

Follow-up policy:

  • Follow-up for the same problem within 72 hours → Free (on call or Message, whichever is appropriate).
  • After 72 hours → ₹300 per call.

Important:

  • If you have new symptoms or a new issue, it will be counted as a new consultation, even inside the 72-hour window.

  • WhatsApp is not for new symptoms, dose changes, or new treatment decisions.
